This modern bull fattening stable with dimensions 35 x 94 m was planned with efficiency and animal welfare in mind.
The feeding table is located in the center. On both sides, there are sections with a depth of 10 m. The manure is pushed out of the building at the gable end and temporarily stored under a covered manure plate until further use. The stable features a scraper pathway and a lying area with a slope to facilitate manure removal.
A bedding robot with pre-distributor and automatic supply ensures even bedding.
The stable curb is 2.85 m high and equipped with a curtain that opens from above measuring 1.80 m in height. The construction comprises steel and glued laminated timber, complemented by interior supports and purlins.
The gable roof is equipped with a central ventilation ridge (ML-ridge) and sandwich panels to ensure good ventilation and thermal insulation.

This young cattle stable on Tretmist provides a well-thought-out solution for appropriate rearing and keeping of young cattle. The 35 m long stable area with a width of 9 m and an additional 4.5 m wide feeding table ensures ample space and freedom of movement. A 12-meter long covered manure plate and the robust monopitch roof construction round off the concept and offer optimal conditions for stable comfort and hygiene.

This animal welfare stable for bulls and Fresser with dimensions 28 x 136 m is optimally designed to meet modern requirements. The centrally located feeding table, surrounded by sections, enables easy feeding. A scraper pathway and a hard surface with a slope support hygiene and animal welfare.
The bedding is stored in a separate building
and distributed through pipelines into the straw pens. A 2.00 m high curb with a centrally rolling curtain (3.00 m) provides effective weather protection and ventilation.
The solid construction with steel and glued laminated timber, interior supports and tie rods ensures stability, while the gable roof with trapezoidal sheet and ML-ridge ensures optimal air circulation.
With two fire protection sections and a complete HÖRMANN stable installation, the stable is the perfect solution for appropriate and economic animal husbandry.

This young cattle and calving stable (22 x 40 m) stands out with a functional scraper pathway and Tretmist and deep-litter lying areas for healthy young cattle rearing. The combination of steel and glued laminated timber with interior supports as well as purlins offers maximum stability. The gable roof with a 0.75 m vent ridge and sandwich panels ensures optimal ventilation and insulation.

For quick manure collection with the wheel loader, the manure removal system pushes the manure out of the building into a recessed manure storage.
