When purchasing this system solution, intelligent optimization is already included and will be integrated into the respective energy management system – such as systems like Pramac.
The costs for theEnopAI.BESS optimization depend on the respective energy system. A flat-rate price is therefore not possible.

EnopAI is an innovative startup company that emerged from the HÖRMANN Group. The focus is on the holistic optimization of energy systems.
Background and Origin
In 2019, a 1.2 MWh battery storage was installed on the HÖRMANN company premises.
At the same time, the heating system was expanded with a heat storage (100,000 l / 2.6 MWh) including heating elements (325 kW). This significantly increased the complexity of the energy system.
Why EnopAI was founded
All attempts to extend the existing rule-based optimization did not lead to satisfactory results. Even energy management systems available on the market offered no convincing solutions. Therefore, we decided to invest in the development of modern, future-proof optimization software.
In the past, photovoltaic systems could feed in economically almost around the clock. But since the solar peak law in early 2025, that has fundamentally changed:
During negative electricity prices, fed-in PV electricity is no longer remunerated.
This means: electricity fed in at the "wrong time" no longer brings financial returns - in some cases, it even incurs costs. This makes the question "When should my storage charge or discharge?" enormous economic importance.
