In hall construction for commerce and industry, economy and efficiency are paramount. For office buildings, appearance matters more. After all, an office building represents a company. That is why we build individual offices in form and function in economical sandwich construction or in high-quality timber element construction. Depending on customer wishes, the office can visually stand out from the hall. With individual facade design, whether in color, glass, metal or wood, we stage your company skillfully.

No fire protection problems in commercial and industrial hall construction with HÖRMANN
We plan and build for you a company hall with a separate office building, a combination of hall with office or also a hall e.g. with integrated workshop in F30 construction, without a firewall between office and hall. Due to the F30 construction we are also able to build halls up to 5.000 m² without an expensive sprinkler system. Because of the building material wood or specially coated steel, for this size a fire alarm system is sufficient.

All essential components for our HÖRMANN halls and buildings are produced in our plant in Buchloe. Wherever possible, the components are prepared ready for assembly. That saves time on the construction site. Our experienced construction and assembly teams ensure a smooth construction process and on-time completion. HÖRMANN cooperates in commercial and industrial construction with architects already in the planning phase, visualizes objects as 3D animation and supports with application and construction planning.
